Hi, I’m Kumaran!
I’m an IT Infrastructure Engineer based in Chicago, working at the intersection of technology, problem-solving, and continuous learning. My day-to-day involves navigating a wide range of systems and platforms—some days go smoothly, others are filled with unexpected roadblocks that demand creative fixes and late-night troubleshooting.
This blog is my way of sharing what I learn along the way. Whether it’s a quirky error message, a deployment headache, or a neat little trick that made my life easier, I document it here in the hope that it might help someone else facing the same challenge—or at least point them in the right direction.
My core expertise is in Microsoft technologies: Active Directory, System Center Suite, Azure, Entra, Exchange Online, Copilot, Intune, etc.. But IT doesn’t exist in a silo—so I also work across different environments and platforms, including Citrix. I’m always learning, adapting, and staying current with the ever-changing tech landscape.
Everything here is based on real-world experience. The views and opinions are entirely my own.
The deeper I go into tech, the more I realize there’s always more to learn. That’s what keeps me curious—and keeps this blog going.
Cheers!
